Föreningen disponerar tre garage för boende och hyresgäster. Besökare hänvisas till parkering på Kabelverksgatan. Föreningen ansvarar inte för denna.

Kontakta styrelsen vid intresse av att hyra garageplats. En förutsättning för att kunna hyra parkeringsplats är att medlemmen äger eller stadigvarande disponerar ett fordon och att detta fordon endast används av i lägenheten boende familjemedlemmar. 

Huvudregeln är högst en garageplats per lägenhet, oavsett hur många medlemmar som äger lägenheten. Om det finns lediga platser kan en andra garageplats erbjudas, men detta hyreskontrakt kommer att ha en månads uppsägningstid. Medlem som har flera lägenheter har endast rätt till en garageplats, med eventuell möjlighet till en tidsbegränsad andraplats.

Endast ett fordon får uppta varje garageplats.

Om en bostadsrättshavare säljer sin bostadsrättslägenhet upphör garagekontraktet samma dag som överlåtelsen sker. Det gäller även när lägenheten byter ägare genom arv eller gåva. Undantag görs för efterlevande maka/make.

Om ingen boende medlem vill hyra någon av de lediga parkeringsplatserna, kan de hyras ut externt med en månads uppsägningstid och annorlunda hyresvillkor.

Tomgångskörning är förbjuden i garaget.

Bensin- och dieseldrivna parkeringsvärmare får inte användas i garaget.

I garaget råder rökförbud.

Garaget får inte användas som bilverkstad. 

Däckbyte är inte tillåtet på grund av otillräckligt utrymme. Däck får inte heller förvaras i garaget.

Cyklar ska parkeras i något av Solstrålens cykelrum och inte i garaget. 

Släpp inte in obehöriga i garaget. Var särskilt vaksam när du använder garageporten och se till att den är stängd bakom dig innan du parkerar eller lämnar byggnaden.

Laddplats kan i utgångsläget endast hyras av medlem som äger eller stadigvarande disponerar laddbar bil. Plats för rörelsehindrade kan endast hyras av medlem med giltigt tillstånd under tillståndets giltighetstid, med möjlighet till förlängning vid förnyelse av tillståndet. Det är separata köer till dessa platser.

Om antalet tillgängliga laddplatser och platser för rörelsehindrade överstiger antalet medlemmar med sådana fordon får dessa platser hyras ut provisoriskt med en månads uppsägningstid. 

Om medlem med laddplats eller plats för rörelsehindrade inte längre uppfyller villkoren för dessa ska detta omgående meddelas till styrelsen. Man har då sex månader på sig att åter uppfylla kraven. Under den tiden placeras man först i kön för vanliga platser. Om punkten ovan är uppfylld får man stå kvar på platsen enligt de villkoren med bibehållen köplats.

The association has three garages for the co-operative apartment owners. Guests are to park their cars on Kabelverksgatan. The association does not take any responsibility for parking on Kabelverksgatan.

 

Contact the board if you are interested in renting a parking spot in the garages. A prerequisite for renting a parking spot in the garages is that the member owns or disposes of a vehicle for a longer period of time, and that this vehicle is only used by family members living in the apartment.

 

The rule is one parking spot per apartment, regardless of the amount of members living in the apartment. If there are available spots, it is possible to apply for a second one, but this contract will be temporary with one month's period of notice. A member with more than one apartment is only entitled to one parking spot but may apply for a temporary contract for a second one.

If an apartment owner sells their apartment, the parking contract ceases the same day as the apartment is handed over. This also includes when the apartment changes owner due to inheritance or gift. Exceptions are made for surviving spouses. 

If no member of the co-operative apartment owners wants to rent a free parking spot, the spot may be rented to externals with one month's period of notice and different terms and conditions. 

Idling in the garage is prohibited

Gasoline and diesel driven heaters in the garage are prohibited

Smoking in the garage is prohibited

The garage may not be used as a car workshop

Change of tires may not be done in the garage due to insufficient space. Tires are also not allowed to be stored in the garage. 

Bicycles are to be parked in the designated bike rooms at Brf Solstrålen – not in the garage. 

Do not let unauthorized people in to the garage. Pay attention when using the garage entrances and make sure it is closed behind you before you park or drive off. 

Parking spots with charging possibilities will only be given to members who own or disposes of a vehicle with charging possibilities for a longer period of time. Parking spots designated for people with disability will only be granted to a member with valid permit during the permit’s period of validity, with possibility of renewal when disposing of a renewed permit. These two categories of parking spots have separate queues. 

If the amount of available parking spots according to the above specified conditions are more than the amount of members requesting them, these spots may be given to other members with contracts of one month’s notice of termination. 

If a member with a parking spot of the above specified conditions no longer fulfil the criteria for renting the spot, the member is obliged to inform the board immediately. The member then has 6 months to fulfil the criteria before losing the spot. The member will then be placed in the regular queue for parking spots.
